The Founder
Epiphanii II Hair and Body Care LLC, started in 2019 in Miami FL by Gladys Wills-Major. Gladys was born in 1960 in East Orange, New Jersey, her parents were Cortez & Gladys Wills, and she was the only girl to four brothers. She later married Harold Major in 1987 and moved to Miami to begin a family, having 3 daughters and 1 son. Gladys loved education, earning 3 Master Degrees in business from Barry University. In 2013 her love for education led her to become an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College, a professor who inspired and motivated her students to become entrepreneurs, business leaders, and community enthusiasts. She also found a calling to help children aging out of foster care in her Next Step program, where she counseled students, educated them on entrepreneurship, and connected them with organizations that assisted in their journey. And she did this all while being the Founder and President of Epiphanii Hair & Body Care.

“The reason for creating Epiphanii, was the need to provide products for all hair textures and skin types. Having 4 children (3 girls and 1 son) I was always advising and researching the best products to use for their hair issues. What I found was many products had alcohol, sulfates and many chemicals which would cause dry skin or hair breakage. That is when I saw a need to make products that were gentle and natural for healthier results. I started making products in 2000’s for friends and family members but did not take it to the next level until 2019. I worked with different hair textures from fine to coarse and relaxed to natural hair types, there is no one size fits all, and consumers deserve products that will fit their hair and skin needs.”

OUR MISSION
Epiphanii II Hair and Body Care, LLC takes a holistic approach to hair and body care. Our product mix is for different hair textures and skin types. Our aim is to reach high quality standards in products and customer service with our hair and skin care product lines, such as moisturizing butters, essential oils, soothing sprays and much more. Our product mix also include aromatic relaxing candles and jewelry made from gemstones. Epiphanii’s strategic plan of differentiation will empower consumers on hair and skin needs for different communities. Our approach will create an omni channel of distributions via direct, brick-in-mortar and e-commerce to reach many geographical locations and demographics, fulfilling consumers hair and body care needs.
The business is continued by Gladys' husband and their four children.
